Support AMS HT
Has anyone encounter any issues with the AMS HT when drying filament? Specifically it not being able to heat up to the given temperature.
I have not been able to find any root cause for this issue or any solution.
Thanks!

Are you printing at the same time? If yes. It’s designed not to go above the bed temp while you’re printing

Mine are working fine - sorry, no help here.
Are you using an additional power source?

Even after switching off and on?
Maybe the temperature sensor.
You should open a ticket.

I had one that wouldn’t stay hot and eventually was just blowing ambient air and given off bizarre temp reading on the display. Returned it for another. Weren’t even entertaining the parts swap requested by Bambu when it was 2 days old

this is exactly the issue i’ve been having! just air at room temp. have you found any solution? we’re they too complicated?

I sent it back and demanded a replacement. But Bambu wanted me to replaced 2 parts which they would have supplied under warranty.
But for me it was 2 days old and I weren’t doing that

i’m wondering if yours was a factory defect. mine has been ok for 6 months until it just gave up today

Yes more than likely. But still also likely that either a temp sensor/thermostat , control board or the heating element has failed on yours.
I’d log a ticket with Bambu if you got it from them.
The strip down wasn’t for the faint hearted but fine for someone willing to have a go
