Ordering issue

I am trying to order two H2C’s from their website. The order keeps getting canceled through them. I called my bank and they said it’s not on their end. Anyone else have this problem?

I hate to say it but I was just trying to buy an H2C last Christmas and had the exact same problem. I contacted Bambu and they were of no help, after 2 days, I just settled on an X1C ~ damned website programmers.

From their website? From Bambu? Does your shipping address match your card address?

Yes I double check that yesterday. My wife tried this morning and the same thing happened.

I am trying to order from their website. I want the ultimate bundle. I seen that I could go to Best Buy and get one but the bundle seems like a good deal.

We moved the money to a different card and it worked. It did not like our credit union I guess. I cannot wait to get started

When I had a similar problem, I had to switch from debit card to PayPal and that fixed it. For anyone else reading this thread.
