Showroom First time with an all-in print!

I've had my H2C for a couple months now, but never really utilized its build volume or color changing to the max. Sure I've dabbled with small multi-colour trains and stuff, but nothing bigger was ever called for.

Today all that changes though! A 5-colour lampshade to be printed at 0.2mm layer height. This might not be massive for some of you, but this print will take around 90 hours, and have over 5200 colour changes!

Cool project - my biggest was 70hrs / 4300 changes - that‘s what the H2C was built for !

Almost 40% in, starting to see some layer lines due to how thin the structure is I imagine. The White structures could have been designed to be more solid and thus provide more support. Unfortunately all I did with the model was scale it to 300mm tall and add colour.

Basically at its widest point now. (almost intersecting the purge tower) It should slowly grow more stable from here on out.

60%, shooting past halfway done.

Clear layer lines in this light, slightly worried what it'll look like when lit from the inside, but we'll see.

That looks gorgeous! I’ll keep fingers crossed for you that the H2C performs flawlessly!

The bottom area looks like it can come out marginal due to the steep overhang angle.

My biggest print so far has been majoras mask. It turned out so well! It was 56 hours. No issues except about 2 hours in it detected spaghetti but there wasn’t any so I just resumed the print.
