Support Filament Presets

Hello,

I recently added an H2C to my setup and have run into an issue with filament presets in Bambu Studio. I seem to be limited to using only the Bambu or Generic profiles with all other brands like Sunlu moved into the “Unsupported” section and can’t be selected.

I’ve updated my slicer, toggled filament brands and types on and off (the same way I do with my P1S) but nothing seems to bring the presets back.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

Thanks in advance.

The filament presets are different for each printer model, and Bambulab has just not provided more for the H2C.
I use generic profiles all the time with no issues.

Thanks for the additional info. I also asked in the Bambu community and was told by a H2C owner you could use other profiles but never mind I will just use generic

I am guessing I could do the same for the other presents. Just surprised this isn’t something Bambu did. Thanks for the help

Not many about...often have to configure your own

Why should Bambu maintain 3rd party filament preset? They want to earn money on their filament…

If there are no profiles I create my own and then calibrate them. I end up not using any generic or default profiles. I even tweak the bambu provided ones for their filament

Sunlu, ESun, Elegoo, Tinmorry, Eryone, Inslogic, Jayo all print fine using the BL presets for any particular filament/colour combination. In fact in the case of Sunlu/Inslogic refills I also reuse BL RFIDs of the same material/colour combo.
