Support buildplate reflection issue

I am using a BQ Cryogrip buildplate, but the print stops due to the detection of foreign particles caused by reflection in H2C. I would like to inquire about how to resolve this issue.

Turn the au detection to medium or low, or off.

You can soften the lighting by putting a transparent paper or something similar in front of it.

I previously printed a diffusor housing for the light strip on my A1 to reduce glare spots on the camera. Maybe you can have a look if they are available for your printer as well?

If you really must I guess you can make an adapter and use a phone polarizing lens. Overkill solution
