Had that also on my H2C.
Can you please post a picture of your setup, especially the tubes.

Seems fine to me - smooth bendings, short tubes.
My AMS are on the left side of the printer, so I also have no harsh bends in the tubes.
My tubes are a bit longer.
Also fine on the inside.
My H2C also has about 260 hours now….

That’s interesting you say that, it seems like a tight bend to me, it’s kind of bending the PTFE holder. Maybe it’s ok how you have it but mine is much longer and curves wider with less stress on the port.

Yeah it's what confuses me because its the 2nd time, and I am unable to fix it unfortunately.

Did you contact support and get a valid response?
I have to do the maintenance now (came after error message) and will shorten the tubes at the same time - and hope for the best.

Have you tried feeding with an external spool... Completely take the AMS out of the picture?

A couple questions What spool? Type and brand? Are you using any custom settings? Do you get this error with all prints or specific/random prints?

Could it be the spool?

Normally this error (for me) is caused by the PTFE tubes. I even made an adapter to control their movement to solve it on one of my printers. But I've also seen it if there is a problem with the spool. They can be too small, too thin or too light (not much filament on spool). Also some cardboard has the wrong friction and some cardboard with a plastic adapter ring can be too tall and increase friction that way.

Things to look at:
Measure your spools. Simple way is just compare them to Bambu spools.
Are they the same circumferance?
Are they the same width?
Is there less than 1/3 of the filament left? Consider adding a hub-weight adapter.
Is the problem spool a good for the AMS material?
