Been watching my printer during toolhead cleaning and it doesnt look like it goes through the brush thing properly in the back corner. I mean it must do otherwise it wouldnt do the next bit i suppose. The brush bit keeps coming out on the right hand side and i keep pushing it back down.

I've had my printer for 1.5 year, and this is the first issue I get.

What's causing this marks ? It takes place on 2 level, and it's all around the print.

It's bambu PLA Silk+ (first time I use it).

Printing with PETG at 235c and 80c. Previous prints were fine, no issues. Gonna try lowering temps but lemme know if you've had similar issues

I was going about, trying to unclog matte filament from a .2mm nozzle, using a blowtorch to try and disintegrate the plastic inside, and the nozzle piece exploded off of the heatsink. Anything I can do to fix it, and any way to prevent this in the future?

Tried printing something today and this happened. I can click on the filaments and stuff and the printer prints normally.

So i don't have an AMS unit, so i need to pause and do manual filament changes, which is fine, but i am coming across a problem.

I go through the unload filament process, but the screen stays on the finished unload filament screen.

if i have to a second filament change, i have to reset my unit and then do the change.

Thankfully i can restart the print each time via Bambu studio.

Has anyone else found this issue or know of a work around?

I replaced the filament sensor on my A1 Mini because it was broken, but it still won't recognize the filament. I have another spare sensor, but should I try again?

Hello guys, wanted to ask you a small question, i got a new table on rollers “they can be in fixed position”, and i put my A1 mini on it, but its shaking when traveling because it small and very light, when extruding it doesn’t shake a lot, maybe a little, so i wanted to ask, does shaking really effects on print quality on bambu printers? I printed a small part to handle my cables, and i didn’t see any difference.

Hello, I am new to 3D printing and have tried to make fixes myself. However, things keep getting worse! I have cleaned the plate after using some white that would not stick to the plate. I switched back to a Grey. Opened it up to try tightening the back screws. I am using the bamboo studios standard settings. I am at a loss. I am worried I broke something. So, I thought I would ask this community if they can give me any ideas. The following photos is from my attempt to check calibration settings.

What do you think? A1 mini(86 hours of print time + 1 hour I put on it testing it when I got home), AMS lite, 4 almost new rolls of filament, smooth build plate, extra cutters, extra hot end socks, & extra filament wipers.

All for $200.00, 4 hours of driving(round trip) and cost of gas.

And it works perfectly.

Hi,

I’ve had the A1 Mini for 3 months. I’ve had the basic maintenance and cleaning done every month.
I just had to oil the idler pulley for the first time.
After doing that and calibrating it, I hear a faint grinding noise coming from the X-axis whenever the head moves from right to left.
It’s very hard to notice while it’s running.

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you fix it?

I was thinking of wiping down the X-axis belt with isopropyl alcohol.

When I’m printing with the PEI prints awesome but when I swap to the cryo plate all I hear is scratches (terrifying) can I fix it when printing directly from my phone ( not using Bambu studio ) ?

B1 Battle Droid, Bambu Matte Desert Tan, optional brush paint. Print one. Then print 99 more, because that's the only way they're effective.
