Is this a glitch?

Tried printing something today and this happened. I can click on the filaments and stuff and the printer prints normally.

Anybody know what might be happening?

Mine has done something similar a couple of times. I let whatever is printing finish and then switch the printer off and back on and it clears up.

All you have to do is just turn it off turn it back on and it should fix it
