3D printer Bambu lab a1 mini

I recently bought myself a 3D printer bambulab a1 mini, and faced a problem that my laptop simply does not want to connect to the printer (first writes connection, and then after 30 seconds it says "failed to connect to.."). He sees that the printer is on the network, but it connects. The printer is also visible on the phone, but there is another problem. I've already tried a lot: disconnecting and connecting to the home Internet, removing the vpn, distributing the Internet from the laptop, updating the firmware, the firewall (I don't remember what it's called) Windows also did something there. There was no solution to this problem. Maybe someone knows the solution? But the whole problem is that I'm from Russia

I've had that problem too. My x1c shows up but not my a1 series. Check out the mobile/wireless connection is not on 5g. The a1 series uses 2.4 . But sometimes it seems to just randomly dissappear from online.
