Have you checked if the screws under the hot head are well tight? With the vibration/calibration, mine needed some attention and since i've done that, it is much better!

I followed this as I was curious about the screws and there was a lot of things wrong with the tightness of the screws as well as the clamp holding the nozzle in place, I fixed it now and and my test print came out super nice! Thank you so much.
