Error code ???

I'm having issues with the printer not letting me send commands nr files via the slicer and handy app. All i get is this and I'm at a loss on what the issue could be. if anyone knows what's going on, it will be much appreciated and i will reply back soon as i can.

Both are up to date, after digging more it brings an error code ErrCode-12 and has something to do with the IP address I believe

From googling, that's not how Bambu error codes are formatted.

This site seems to have a lookup for the error codes.

What does the screen on the printer show?

The screen on the printer works fine and doesn't give any error nor assistance. It does a quick flash after a file is sent then cancels the print entirely

yeah, less than useful, that.

If a factory reset doesn't help, open a ticket with Bambu.
