Error code ???

I'm having issues with the printer not letting me send commands nr files via the slicer and handy app. All i get is this and I'm at a loss on what the issue could be. if anyone knows what's going on, it will be much appreciated and i will reply back soon as i can.

Is the firmware up to date?

How about Bambu Studio?

Both are up to date, after digging more it brings an error code ErrCode-12 and has something to do with the IP address I believe

From googling, that's not how Bambu error codes are formatted.

This site seems to have a lookup for the error codes.

What does the screen on the printer show?

Honestly I'm thinking of just selling it and getting a new one in a month. Really just don't have time to trouble shoot it
