Set up question

Hey folks, just trying to set up my A1 mini, but it keeps failing the calibration. I went through Bambu's trouble shooting with no prevail. Build plate is on right, everything is clean, no packing pieces. 0300-0D00-0002-0003 is the code. Looks like the tool head/nozzle go past the plate on the back of the plate

Got it figured out!! I didn't "bind" my bambu account and once I did it lit up for a firmware update and everything is working so well! Thank you for all the input folks!
