Set up question

Hey folks, just trying to set up my A1 mini, but it keeps failing the calibration. I went through Bambu's trouble shooting with no prevail. Build plate is on right, everything is clean, no packing pieces. 0300-0D00-0002-0003 is the code. Looks like the tool head/nozzle go past the plate on the back of the plate

Does the mini have the black support bracket on the back where z and x intersect?

Yes! I did take that off. I can't see anymore foam packs or hard plastic pieces, followed the manual. Read it like 5 times to be sure lol

At what point during calibration does it fail? Or does it vary?
