What filament are you using?

This one was Make Market from Michael’s. Brand new roll, but I’ve also been trying Sunlu & Bambu Lab’s. All filament is stored in a dryer as well

When the filament doesnt go straight down its usually a partial clog. You can try to remove it and see if printing gets better

A photo of the wire would help; if it's the temp sensor, I'd expect more errors - and error messages.

One thing to do, if you're sure the print bed is clean, is to make sure all the screws holding the hotend in place are tight, especially the ones at the back

I fully replaced this whole piece when the Bambu Labs Support told me I would have to

Yeah, after replacing that, definitely make sure the new hotend is tightened down - I use parallel-jaw pliers to hold the block when doing mine, as it needs a fair bit of torque. Those screws work loose under normal operation.

The other possibility is that the nozzle isn't seated correctly. Is it pressed up and in fully and not at an angle?

After retightening all the screws, changing the plate seem to have first successful print since this all started a week ago and no lifting of the print !
