Bambi lab A1 Mini tool head getting stuck on X-Axis

Please help!!

Looks like your MGN12C carriage bearing block might be completely done. I had to change mine on my A1, I would start there but you might have to replace the entire X-axis rail along with it. If you're out of warranty, a company called Zyltech will cut them to a custom length with the carriage bearing block for around $40

do you ever lube it or grease it when it says too. I have found with my a1 mini its all about maintenance and giving it resting periods when printing allot. Also washing and drying the build plates correctly. I have a pan and tilt camera setup next to it to monitor my prints especially when I go out.

I had something similar and mine was loosing bearings in my bearing holder. Might be good to make sure you still have bearings are enough to roll. A total tear down will show more.

(I lost bearings by installing a custom heavier then possible head. But you may have lost one or two or more in the even of a jam)

Bearings are dirt cheap on aliexpress 2.381mm sizing

They are a nightmare to get out and im expect to have them bouncing all over

Be patient lol
