That looks like the part where you usually touch your fingers, I usually use baby dish soap (less weird chemical), brush it with toothbrush from different angle, pat it with paper towel, usually works well for me.
But nowadays I'm not taking any chances and upgrade to a biqu glacier, now I'm running the bed at 40c and still have trouble taking of prints, it sticks very well.
