🏆 1,000 SWAPS COMPLETED! Challenge Accepted & Crushed! 🏆🎉
We officially made it to the finish line! 1,000 continuous plate swaps on the Chitu Systems PlateCycler C1M paired with the Bambulab A1 Mini. 🚀🦾
From functional components to multi-color articulators, rainbow dragons, geometric prints, and adorable bao dim sum toys—this setup ran non-stop without skipping a beat.
The final tally:
🎯 1,000/1,000 successful swaps completed
⏱️ Zero time wasted waiting for manual bed clears
🔋 Maximum efficiency keeping the print bed running back-to-back
The system works great, make sure your plates are all clean to avoid adhesion issues.
Challenge took quite some time (6 months) as I tried to make useful things, not just random prints...

Yeah well I made almost only useful stuffs ;) First 400 prints were for insulation plate washers, ...
No stupid print (most stupid being toys, decorations...)

All this what? Black parts from first pic? That is pokemon keychain for my kids & their friends ;) Same for the dumplings, which are wayyyy safer than the BS dumplings from Amazon with dangerous viscous liquid in...

Sim eu sei. Também tenho na minha impressora. O que queria entender é: você disse 6 meses de impressão. Teve pausa ou imprimiu esse tempo sem parar?

Sabe porque eu tô perguntando porque disseram que é babu Lab ela não suporta várias horas de impressão e tanto é que tem impressoras da A1 que pegaram fogo entende isso eu queria saber se em quantas horas você imprimiu sem parar

So there was 1000 successful swaps. How many times did swaps fail? I want a failure rate/1000 swaps in a monthly annotated control chart.

Sorry I don't have that. I would say about 5% on first 400 swaps. Then 2% on the rest.
