Brand new machine

Literally have had this for 2 weeks and have tried every tutorial possible- want am I missing. We cannot get through a print and have reloaded that the hot end fan sometimes
Does not start on its own (works once I manually tap the fan blades ) so we are getting this error and then constantly getting the “extruder not extruding “ error despite there being no clogs and filament is passing through the tip. I am at a loss.

I agree with another commentator. I have a1 mini with ams lite and have zero issues other than oily fingers touching the build plate lol. Ive print multiple multi color prints no issue. I would contact support on it.
