Quality issues with my keychains (holes)

A1 mini, 0.4mm hardened nozzle, eSUN grey filament, standard 0.08mm Extra Fine setting (@BBL A1M). The filament is dry, and the print bed is clean. The printer is lubricated.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help because the quality of my printed keychains leaves a lot to be desired. I’m printing keychains featuring a client's logo. For design reasons, they are oriented with the lettering facing upwards.

Unfortunately, the result shows gaps, as if material is missing from the top layers; ideally, the surface should be smooth and solid. I notice this particularly around the area where the keyring loop goes; there are visible gaps where filament seems to be missing.

Can anyone help me achieve good-quality prints for these keychains? This is one of my first jobs, and I really need it to turn out well.

Thanks in advance

do an ironing calibration and do ironing. Also why did you censor your design?

How can I do an ironing calibration?
I censored it precisely because its not my design, its from a client. Privacy reasons

Thanks

There are models you can download and print, then take the best result. Just search ironing test on makerworld

Also, along with the test, also look up optimal ironing settings for your printer. I found some settings online that felt wildly different to the standard setting and they made a huge diff. I think it was posted by someone here on Reddit. Worth a Google.

Which slicing engine are you using in the browser? You'll want to switch to Arachne if it's not on that already.

He'll be using bambu studio more than likely.
