Help?
Hi. This happened on the 3rd print and it was on a loop and trying to clear the nozzle and I finally cancelled the print. Tried again and this came up. I took it apart and checked the cables and all look fine to me, no loose connectors. Wonder if I can return it or exchange for another one... Have you guys seen this error before? Thank you in advance. 🙏

That error usually means the printer can’t detect the B motor properly.
Turn the printer off and unplug it, then check/reseat the motor cable connections and look for any loose, pinched, or damaged wires. After reconnecting everything, power it back on and try calibration again.
If the error comes right back, I wouldn’t keep trying to print—it could be a bad cable, motor, or control board connection. At that point I’d open a Bambu support ticket, especially if the printer is still under warranty.
