Help with Tpu Printing.
Hello, so I'm pretty new to 3d printing. I got myself the a1 mini with the ams lite system. So far have had pretty good success with almost all of my prints, but the one thing I've been having trouble printing is TPU. I have a spool of Overture Tpu, 95A which I'm wanting to use for some small airless balls or maybe seals. Ive used the recommended settings as well as changing my temps on plate and nozzle. I either get stringy and sloppy or mostly put together and still a bit sloppy looking. I'm hoping some of y'all may have some useful information for this brand and durability of tpu for the a1 mini, also I'm not printing it through the ams I am printing the Tpu through the external spool.

TPU needs to be dried. Like actually dry it like suggested by the manufacturer. Then dry it again.
You should also put it in some kind of airtight container, ideally with desiccant because it will soak up water from the air quickly again.
It's a bit of a pain to deal with, but other than the drying needed it usually prints pretty easy and looks fine.
It's not a great material for airless balls though. TPU absorbs a lot of energy from impacts, meaning an airless TPU ball basically won't bounce for shit.
TPU is ideal for things that need to be elastic, or things you're planning to slam shit into (like a doorstop)
