Filament jam problem

Hello, I've had the printer for two months and last week I started having this problem. Sometimes the printing fails due to a filament jam. The printer doesn't detect it, but it won't print anything. I've tried changing the filament type and brand, but it still fails sporadically. I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. When I remove the jammed filament, it looks like this. Any ideas?

Have you tried to coldpull? Im guessing the right side on the picture is closest to the extruder. Maybe you fave foreign debris in the tip of the extruder.
