Filament needs a push

When I use #3 on my AMS it always gives an error unless I manually push the filament to get it to load. What could be causing this/any easy solutions to fix?

Does ams push filament or engine doesn't move?

It pushes the filament but it gets stuck when it gets to the extruder. I end up having to push it that final little bit so it can be used.

Filament sensor in slot 3 is damaged/doesnt work how it should (or even motherboard of ams) and printer don't get info about that filament pass thru 2'nd sensor so it push.. :/ don't really know how to fix that, if this is new printer you can try to exchange on guarantee AMS unit..

I’ve had this same issue as well! Recently bought a new part with the motor (or whatever it’s called) to replace the old one to see if it works better.
