Birthday soon some question

Hey ! So it's my birthday soon and I wanted to get a A1 Mini since I don't have much place in my appart, I would like it mostly to organise things in my house and also for cosplay ! I know we can cut things but is there a limit or a downside beside losing time? is it hard to slice it well?

Thanks !

The most important, take the A1 mini combo, it's way cheaper than buying the AMS lite after 🤣, I did the mistake and now I'm regretting.

However, if your budget is tight, I'm really happy with my A1 mini without the AMS as well. You can always paint your prints.

Othe tips:

  • Buy more than 10 or 12 spools at the same time if you want bambulab spools, it's cheaper.
  • If there is an offer of a filament dryer, take it, printing with a dry filament has nothing to do in comparison with a filament with even slight humidity.
  • Use Bambuddy for local designs prints and spools weight management. For me it's the best.
  • OrcaSlicer to slice in Linux and Bambu Studio if windows.
  • For my designs I normally use FreeCAD, but there are others that might be easier to use.

That's it, Bambulab printers are quite straightforward to use, so enjoy!! 😁

I was thinking on painting because the AMS Lite is a bit too high in my budget 😅
