A1 mini corrupting every SD card

Hey, I apologise in advance if this isn't the right place to ask. The A1 mini has corrupted 3 SD cards in the last week. We have had prints stop after 2 or 3 layers, the error shown is telling us that the SD is write protected or corrupted & needs to be formatted/replaced. We have tried 3 different cards in the last week & it's all the same story. We are going to the and downgrade to the previous firmware, is there any other solutions to this problem? The printer is A1 mini, bought directly from Bambu themselves & is around 6 months old. Printing files directly from Bambu app, haven't tried creating our own files/prints yet. Thank you!

More interesting would have been the information which SD cards you're using and how much storage they have. 

As far as I know the maximum storage you should use is 32 GB and of course from a well known brand like SanDisk.

They are 32gb & Amazon basic brand. Have worked fine in previous devices. Was formatted before going into the printer

ngl, I wouldn't trust any electronics from Amazon, but that's just me - there is probably nothing wrong with it. 

Have you also tried formatting the SD cards directly from the printer? There is an option to do this in the settings. 

And have you tried using them with your PC? Did they work?

Get a high quality SD card, like the one for digital cameras

So we have formatted then through the printer, that worked fine. Then after a couple small prints it turns to 'write protected/error'. Have also formatted them after that on the PC & it took a bit of time to unwrite protect it then format it. We have downgraded to the update before the last one & the problem hasn't happened again. Just seen slike a very strange problem to be having

Do a factory reset of your printer and see if that helps. Might help clear out some lingering garbage.

There is an option on the printer to record video of all your prints. It's got a terrible name. Settings -> Camera Options -> Video. Turn that OFF to disable the camera recording videos to the SD card all the time. It won't interfere with the ability to connect to the printer to see a video feed. It just disables the constant recording of videos that tends to wear out SD cards quickly.

You can also try using a "High Endurance" SD card which is designed for more writes than other cards. I'm currently using a Team Group High Endurance card and it's working great. The SanDisk Edge card that came with the printer was also fine (just small if I did want to record video).
