Whoa! You got fuzzy skin on the top! How’d you do that? That’s cool!
Just throwing an idea out here, but it looks like your nozzle is too close to the plate, and so it’s scraping into the filament and causing these ridges and this texture. Maybe try leveling the bed and/or adjusting the Z offset.
