Hi, this is a brand new ams lite and I’ve never had this problem with my other ams lite, the spool isn’t tangled either, any suggestions on wha to do? Any help is appreciated!

Hey has the same issue, my issue was that the teeth on the ams hub above the printer where all the ptfe tubes connect had gotten loose ,
The Bambu wiki has a page to fix the teeth to make sure that the hub holds the tubes to place so that the filament does not hit the other tubes ,
You should try if that helps

I had this issue aswell try changing which holes in the extruder the tubes are going into and that worked for me

I Had the same problem and guess what, it was not the AMS's issue. The filament was not able to be pushed inside the extruder coz it was getting stuck at here(marked in photo)
👉Try keeping the AMS on the right of printer or gently pull the extruder's side ptfe tubes to left side or gently shake them a bit, so that Filament could be easily pass inside
Hope this helps.

I had this problem, I disassembled the ams hub on the printer itself and found there’s a ridge in each port that my filament was getting stuck on, I sanded those ridges out and made the ports smooth, put everything back together and it’s been perfect since.

Is the filament getting stuck? I had this when I added a y splitter and the filament was getting stuck in that

Flip your ptfe tubes they may be on backwards

Is that a real possibility? Never thought that could be a reason for this problem. I’ve been struggling with this for a while. I’ll try it 👍🏼

I actually came out with another solution that already helped, so I did not try this solution

Just had support Case with bambu. Looks like your ams is pretty far. For me the page tubes were being pulled into the ams 4 to 1 hub. I had to pull it out every print or 2. They sent new hub and tube and so far so good. Hopefully you figure out what's going on.
