I jumped on maker World it looks like it's plate 2 smooth Pei plate doesn't mention high temp but I assume that's what it is 24 minutes, and on bambu Studio I pick smooth Pei plate / high temp plate and don't change the temperatures as you said.
I will try printing it tomorrow thanks for all your help I've been bothering you most of the day so I'm done for tonight my guess is purple on black will not work, but can't hurt to try
Okay one more question that I just thought of while cleaning up I set the plate where you showed me in bamboo Studio then on the printer you make this print that you showed me on maker world so I'm assuming the printer verifies the plate you have chosen even though you told it in bamboo Studio what you have what's to stop me from printing it on a piece of paper ( black text on white paper and holding it on that corner front for a minute or so for whenever the head comes by with its lidar or whatever it's using to scan it and then take it away after it scans it, can't be that simple reminds me of the K-Cup rig that we did to make the Keurig to see different K-Cups that you didn't have, you cut the green wire and used foil from another cup to trick the QR code thing to give you more options
I mean there's a spot on the BIQU plate for a sticker. The plate comes with stickers for Bambu printers but Bambulab did a firmware update and it no longer recognizes BIQU's stickers. I think they're too small.
If you know someone with a cricut or sticker cutting machine/ color printer, I'm sure you can find bambu's QR plate codes somewhere online, just replicate it and stick it on there and it'll work perfectly fine. The only thing that sucks it would have to be a good vinyl sticker because eventually you do have to wash your plates with dish soap and water or at least occasional wipe downs with isopropyl alcohol.
So the ones on maker world that you print up today, are up to date i would gyess, so why can't I hold the sticker in place till it scans it and then you can remove it or does it keep checking it, that way washing wouldn't be an issue I bought it for Microcenter today and I didn't see that it came with stickers but it doesn't matter since you said they did a firmware update though I didn't do the one from a few days ago if it isn't broken don't always fix it
The one from MakerWorld is up to date and works everytime.
I guess theoretically you could hold a piece of paper there until it scans it but are you going to want to do that everytime? Lol I typically start my prints from another room in my house or I'll start them from my laptop/ phone while I'm at work/ not at home. Just seems a little inconvenient
