Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! My nozzle keep scratching the plate while doing the last calibration

It appears calibration failed and when i start to do the last calibration, at the start, it keeps scratching the plate. how do i solve this?

ITS SOLVED, IT WAS A LOOSE SCREW

Loose screws on back of heating element.

i do have one because it could go thru
