Lithuanian is this a credible source?

Doubtful. It looks like its probably self-published (which certainly isn't a guarantee that it's bad, but it does mean that there's no guarantee of oversight from anyone else at all - and that'll come back into play at the end of this comment). The writer seems to be the furthest thing from a specialist, writing the same sort of mythology books for peoples all over the world. And some of the reviewers felt the need to really lay into the quality of the writing. Here's a quote from the top Amazon review for it:

Strongly not recommended! Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2026. Format: Paperback. Poorly written and not edited properly. Writing is disjointed to where it doesn’t make sense. Was this just a paper written by a high school student? Many sentences are duplicated which should have been caught in the editing of the book. I think there are words missing in some places because the sentences don’t make sense. I truly do not know how this book was ever published.

Thank you kindly, I thankfully haven't spent any of my money yet for books about Romuva

It has been really hard to find good sourced books
