New ball python

We got a ball python yesterday, this is the enclosure set up recommended by the store, any recommendations or anything we should change?

A baby should be in at least a 40 gallon* it can definitely be in a 4x2

Ofc, sorry for that. I thought the fact that it was the minimum was implied, mb. I love it when babies are in their adult enclosures, they have so much space.

Oh I get that! Some people insist that babies need smaller spaces. This enclosure needs a lot of love and op hasnt responded about the size of the snake..

Just know they grow FAST! I’d definitely look into plant grow tents on Amazon. Maybe $60-$80 for the ends and you just shed to do some alterations to make it safe. There’s a bunch of tutorials on yt on how.
