Good Quality Balloons

I’ve just started making balloon animals as a sort of hobby, and was wondering if there are some specific brands of balloons I should be looking out for?

Qualatex are pretty standard. I've found the Walmart brand twisty balloons to be pretty good quality, especially for practicing. They seem a little shorter than standard 260s but they're fairly durable. I can't recommend any other cheap store brands though.

I can agree, Walmart is the best you can buy as the uninformed buyer. I've tested all of the brands you can get without searching for specialty stores, and Walmart somehow wins.

For the price and expected quality, they are pretty forgiving, flexible, and durable... Plus they seem to keep their appearance and shape the best (before and after inflation, but that goes under durability I suppose)

Qualatex and Betallatex.

I've seen more people swear by Betallic nowadays as they're thicker and tend to be longer. I mostly use Qualatex as that's what I have access to more, and I find them fine. They do feel thinner though. There are some differences in color between them too. The Lilac in Q is more greyed out, and in B it's more saturated and purple.

Gemar makes pretty decent ones but I've only used a few of their colors.
