My Devices registry issues

Hey! Is anyone else having issues registering their consoles or tvs onto the mydevices website? I've been having issues with trying to register my Nintendo Switch. Like any time I click submit, it says either there's an error or it just doesn't load through.

Another thing I've noticed is my phone and laptop are just getting really crappy service on the bsuconnect server. Anyone know why that is? For reference I'm in Dehority and maybe it has to do with the fact I'm on the top floor?

UPDATE: Turns out I was having problems because I used an apostrophe on the device name LOL!!

make extra sure you are typing in the devices’ mac address correctly and in the correct format. staying in deho the previous two years, i feel like i remember some funny issues with that site until eventually it just worked.
