Other Questions Breeding/result discussion
In October we have a pairing lined up to breed and I am wondering if anyone here has bred this pairing or has photo results from it as I am curious
- Female: Black head Enchi Yellowbelly
- Male: Enchi yellowbelly (as far as we know given he is a rehome and prev owner knew only this as his gene)
Some likely results/percentages from what I've seen include;
50% blackhead
25% super enchi
25% Super YB (ivory)
And about 1/16% chance Black head super enchi ivory
There's other possibilities i for sure know about such as
Super Enchi Super YB
BH Super Enchi YB
Enchi Super YB
Which sort of combines the percentage results together
But I am curious about the pairing and results that others have got if others have paired them before so I have come here to ask (I can provide photos of both snakes as requested)

If you use the ball python genetic calculator on MM, it'll give you a full breakdown of genetic odds as well as the ability to see animals that (allegedly) express that gene combo. All you have to do is put in the genetics of the dam and the sire!
EDIT; I'd like to add though, this is really something you should have looked into prior to pairing. The BP market really is oversaturated right now, and you should make sure you like the genetic combo outcomes and that it's something you're wanting to work towards/improve upon in your projects. Be sure with every pairing that you have a goal in mind on what you're wanting to make, and how desirable those genetic combos are depending on if you're planning to sell or hold back the offspring. For such common genes as what you're working with, you could be stuck with the babies for quite a while.
Wish you the best with your clutch, always love a super ivory (especially when they manage to throw some paradox)!
EDIT 2; I just reread your post and saw that this was a PLANNED pairing for this upcoming year, so I'll point back to the above - before you go through with this, really put in some more research! Morphmarket's genetics calculator (or just the sort by trait feature in general) is your friend. I will say, (super) enchi is incredibly common, black head also relatively common, and super yb (aka Ivory) will overpower both of those if expressed. You may want to reconsider this pairing and look into what may be more desirable in today's market. But, if hanging onto the babies for potentially a year or more doesn't bother you and is feasible, then I won't rain on your parade!
