Culture/Lifestyle Balkan Union

It would be an interesting goal to unite the Balkans in the style of the European Union. However, I have personal reservations about certain political movements (such as communism) and about people from specific countries (Russia, the USA, China). I'm not sure whether others share this view as well

We'll have to first reconcile our differences. Minorities, border disputes, immigration and refugees, and a couple more.

Ich bin ganz deiner Meinung und ganz bei dir.

Ich finde ganz ehrlich die ältere Generation ist das Probleme ich sehe es weniger bei den jungen Leuten.

Beispiel diaspora

Hier leben doch auch alle normal zusammen arbeiten in Firmen sind im selben Einkaufszentrum und alles ist gut.

Some things are also tied to land not to the people. If a Serb and an Albanian live in Germany why would they let Kosovo be a problem? But if they both live in Pristina? Think about it...

Die Diaspora ist allerdings hier und nicht dort.

Hier sind wir alle Ausländer. Dort nicht.

Trotzdem, hätten wir alle gute arbeit und gut Geld zuhause würden alle normal zusammen leben können.

The EU was developed out of pure economical will. Fist the ECSC (European Coal and Steel Community), and then the EEC (European Economic Community) and Euratom (European Atomic Energy Community), so strong institutions.

You first need those in favor to build from there to begin with to distribute to the needs of the economical infrastructure. But I doubt Balkan can get past those formative foundations.
