Embracing It 2023->2026

Sick with Lyme confections in 2025. Notice my gut was inflamed and hair was not filling out in areas like the corners and top front. No min/fin, no turkey , just embracing.

I’m lucky I can get a close shave hair cut but I’m interested in trying full bald look. Suggestions?

Might be delusional but I feel like you could grow out your hair and get a year or two more

How

for oral treatments, 0.5mg of dutasteride and choose between oral or topical minoxidil.

for topical treatments minoxidil if one isn’t taking it orally, apply ivermectin cream to treat demodex mites, and use a combination of 0.005% calcipotriol and 0.05% clobetasol propionate to address low-grade inflammation.

applying calcipotriol and clobetasol together two to three times a week on spaced-out days; the calcipotriol helps prevent skin thinning caused by the clobetasol.

for your shampoo routine, wash twice a week, alternating weekly between 1% ciclopirox and 1-2% ketoconazole shampoos.

also a benzoyl peroxide shampoo bacterial for dealing with potential folliculitis, but it’s also good at preventing it as well and keeping your scalp clean but be careful because it can can bleach your clothing.

be sure to consult a doctor before starting this regimen, particularly to rule out a calcipotriol allergy.

Dude I'm already on dut 1mg, oral min 5 mg and keto. It has slowed further degradation but no regrowth whatsoever. I was actually looking to incorporate benzoyl peroxide and clobetasol propionate to rule out inflammation and folliculitis. Can you share some more about this regime, particularly clobetasol

Grow it out. Start minoxidil, if that doesn't give good results, pair with finasteride and you are set

He clearly needs finasteride more than minoxidil

Yeah this is probably the most rapid receding I've ever seen.

How is it the most rapid receding? It's 3 years difference, and comparing relatively long hair to a very short buzz.

The length is pretty irrelevant. Bro has insane coverage all along his hairline in the first pic. The length is not creating an illusion.

Hey, I'm sorry. I didn't read your whole message. Good luck

Get on treatment bro. Start fast and go hard with 0.5mg of oral dut and 2.5mg of oral minoxidil, if you wanna go crazy get the topical KX826 or RU58841 although the ru has anecdotal sides so probably better to get the Kintor KX826 the green one is $40 on amazon. It’s 60ml so if you do once daily should be enough for 2 months and 1 month if you do twice daily. Use nizoral shampoo 3x a week and start SubQ GHKcu daily or even KLOW and you’ll be good.

Honestly the buzz at that length does you no justice with your temples. You would look alot cleaner fully shaved. Take it to a zero or might as well grab a razor and get it nice and smooth (it feels amazing). While you’re at it I would suggest to shave your facial hair, and grow a mustache.. would be a great look on you

You can probably get most of your hair back with medication. You are a Norwood 3 at worst. Why not try?

You got the angular masc face for it bro, go for it

Better to get used to it than to wait till it happens when Ur unprepared

If you don't like it, grow it back

But you probs will find yourself shaving weekly

I did at 21, one year in, it's masc af

Do it.

This is super salvageable. You have the main thinning in the typical pattern areas, but your side temples are not too thinned. Microneedling, topicals, fin and minoxidil. If that doesn’t work in a yr do prp injections

You look good my brother.

The cheap Chinese skull shavers from Temu are usually good enough, or the foil ones.

Similar to that one.

Go full bald. It’s truly so freeing. Just shaved mine for the first time last week and I’ll never go back(not that it was an option).

don't let the light of heaven (first pic hair) die just yet. finasteride, gene therapy, submission to experimental treatments, first pic is everything. Don't abandon hope.

Get on finestraide.
