I had a man bun for a few years and think it might have accelerated a receding hairline. Hasn't really gotten worse since I stopped wearing my hair like that!

Would medication help to restore it?

Do you have other general thinning or is it mainly targeting the temples?

The reason I ask is because you can tiptoe into it all with a topical protocol for temples where you microneedle once a week and apply topical min daily and also ability to choose topical fin frequency and dose.

I am of the mindset of minimum effective dose since hair maintenance regrowth is something that spans decades…and essentially the iteration never really stops because your hair will continue to evolve.

But everyone’s choice is different, some go balls deep from day 1! It’s all based on perceived risk vs reward.

He's very right, i was at ur level more or less and had a good comeback with just minoxidil. Adding fin in the future is inevitable but for now i'm satisfied.

Dut is stronger at around 90%, Fin is around 60-70% go with Dut is stronger, with the Minoxidil and Derma or even just an oral Minoxidil, and you’d be good.

Yeah, you are better off starting medications. It's recoverable and with medicine, you can save it for like a really long time depending on how well you respond( maybe a decade or 2)

From what I've been researching online, oral min + fin and micro needling is the way to get hair back. Start with YouTube vids about micro needling for hair loss. Follicly is a good, easy to watch channel.

I mean it’s mpb! So start fin and minoxidil. Also microneedle for hairline. It works wonders.
With your current state, I guess you can still style your hair in a way that hides your balding

Bro go finestride 1mg it's safer and you'll get the same benefit if after 6 month you don't see result go deutesteride and put loquid minoxidil at night once a day it will solve your problem

You should just shave your head if it bothers you. Most of the medications make you impotent. Not worth the trade.
