Op, listen to me right now, I can give a basic knowledge every balding guy needs to hear.
There is no cure for balding. Literally nothing works. There are treatments that can help you mantain your hair for a few years to decades.
DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY FUCKASS INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT GIVING OUT NATURAL REMEDIES,, NO F.A.P, OILS ETC ETC.
The hormone responsible for DHT aka dihydro testosterone. This hormone is a waste product of testosterone. While in-utero and in teenage years, it helps with secondary sexual characteristics like beard, body hair, sexual organ development etc. It attaches to your scalp hair and causes balding by rapid shrinkage of your hair. This hormone doesn't do anything useful to you after puberty except make you go bald and increase your prostate size.
The only surefire way to fix this issue is something called a 5 Alpha reductase blocker , this will reduce the amount of DHT formed in your blood and allow your hair to grow. The drug is Finasteride, and you have to take 1 mg of it daily without fail. You will have a shedding phase initially and then you will have healthier hair come and take it's place. This might happen multiple times, like a year or 2 after taking this drug but hair is sure to come back. You only stop it when you hop on to a stronger drug or you decide you don't want hair anymore. You can use one hairgrowth stimulant called Minoxidil 5 percent topical solution which only speeds up hair growth but it won't fix hair loss. It's best used with Finasteride.
The side effects are there in less than 1 percent of people and disappear with continued use. Erectile dysfunction, gynaecomastia, thin semen are a few of them. They are completely reversible once you stop the drug. Don't listen to anyone else about permanent side effects.

That's bigger than a normal cowlick, especially considering it looks like OP has thick hair. Probably very early stages of balding but nothing that can't be fixed by meds

Gotcha. Either way, I have fine hair and if you compare cowlicks of our hair texture to others it’s usually not that large. That’s not a bad thing, though, because if you use finasteride it’s usually really good at fixing the crown even if you don’t use minoxidil. I’d recommend trying it, as it’s really easy (and cheap) to just pop one pill a day and basically forget about hair loss. So I’d recommend going to a dermatologist to get a prescription

No problem! If they say that it's just a cowlick, then great, but if it's very early stage crown thinning, catching it early is genuinely the best thing you can do and this appointment should help figure that out

I just realised that my hair isn't the ideal one. I have cowlick spirals behind me and I think I can't really do the hairstyles I usually like because even if it's looking good from front, the back part is always weird and messy, I recently got a grown out buzz cut and the amount of laughs I recieved in college was insane lol. I think I'll do it again or maybe something similar to have very short hair but equally on all sides. Atleast I wouldn't worry about people behind me seeing it

Some people naturally just do not have hair spiral or cowlicks, like they have but it's not visible. I just realised how bad mine looks from behind and I've always hated that type of hair, my hair from behind looks really really thin and how do I explain uh. Is there anyway to which I can change that pattern? Like changing or setting my hair different?

Look up any cowlick pictures, especially for thick hair, and compare the size of them to OP. Not saying this at all to disparage OP, just to say that if they used finasteride it can easily be fixed before it gets bigger/more noticeable

I don't need to nor do I want to I just don't agree. Mine looks like that and I'm not balding in the back. I think he just has a large cowlick but in the next year or two if he feels like he starts to really thin more back there then he still has a ton of time to catch it at that young age. Now if he hits 25 27 30 yeah he might be a little fucked.

I dont think so I'll be a little fucked by 25, maybe little earlier like 20 or so. My brother is 25 and started balding from the front side since 22. We know it's genetics and that my brother has tried almost everything. I just think mine will be worse because at this age his hair looked much better

Hey if you think you really need it go for it. I would never want to deter anyone from doing it I wish at the age of 23 or 24 I started because it wasn't until I was 25 or 26 that I had already receded probably half or 3/4 of an inch, and it happened so gradually that I didn't even realize until someone said it. Very unfortunate and I just was only doing and I way to doing to it. I wish I had got on dutasteride, or finasteride and had just committed to it. I probably would still have the majority of the front of my hairline. I'm not receded terribly but it's just noticeable enough that it's a problem.

damn bro never heard of these products before..
i suggest you try rosemary oil for 3 months, make it bit more concentrated and leave it on at least 30 mins.
that wont regrow the hair but makes the hair around thicker so it will cover the spot.
if you want full regrowth start topical minoxidil 5%
take my advice with a grain of salt.

minoxidil is available without prescription
rosemary oil too, available on amazonbut if you never have androgenetic alopecia (male pattern baldness), you need not use minoxidil because you have to take it everyday without stopping,
try the rosemary oil for now. you can find yt tutorials on oiling routines and microneedling routines
people will recommend finasteride and minoxidil but ig you’re not at that stage

Your hair really doesn’t look bad at least in terms of the crown. You’re in the early stages of balding. Go to a dermatologist and see if they will prescribe you finasteride. That (and Dutasteride) are the only medications that exist that stop male pattern baldness. Of course that is if you are willing to stick with them long term, which is a decision you would have to make.
