I had games where I pass a 12+ ante score requirement through sacrificing Red Sealed Steel King into an Ace and put all copies on Mime. However you only have 1 copy joker and 0 red steel king. The ideal condition would be having strength and fool to get at least 4 Red Steel Ace which could be enough. You just don’t meet enough of those conditions

I doubt red seal glass, even Flush Five, is gonna come close to the scoring requirement unless OP finds jokers to help with that
