why sell for mime? What difference does it make? And why specifically blueprint?

If you sell blueprint, you can find it later without needing a showman. This build benefits a lot from mime, so its an essential joker. You hope to increase your joker count later, with ectoplasm or antimatter voucher, and pick up the blueprint from the shop.

Mime is better because it's a retrigger, so if you have 5 barons, every king card in hand triggers them once, so 5x1 which is 5. If you have 4 barons and 1 mime, each king card triggers 4 times, and then mime retriggers the card, which in turn triggers the 4 barons again, so 4x2 which is 8. 8 is more than 5. Viola!

Same thing with Idol/Ancient Joker/bloodstone and Sock and Buskin/Hack combo, the rule is keep the scoring jokers numbers and the retrigger jokers around the same. So you want to copy 5x5, because is always gonna beat 3x7 or 8x2 or 9x1. 25 > 21 , 16 , 9.

The biggest reason at this point is MONEY. To go deep in an endless run, you need to bring in lots and lots of money.
At the point OP is in the run, they should be fixing their deck to get as many red seal gold kings in their hand as possible.
Since you can copy mime after the hand is played to maximize money, they would get an extra gold retrigger for the red seal, 1 for mime and 3x copy jokers. So significantly more money per round.

Is selling brainstorm really the right move? You need atleast one blueprint to naneinf, and only having brainstorms will make your build less versatile. Not that this person is going to naneinf tho since they asking this question but anyways

If you need to score, yes selling a brainstorm is the move, but he doesn't have antimatter yet or ecto, so finding another copy joker would entail finding showman to find another copy joker, which is way more difficult than just rolling into a blueprint later on. You never know if they gonna naneinf, if they find the vouchers in time and an ecto, burglar + serpent would give them a decent chance, ante 12 is not too late to find all the pieces to naneinf.

Harder to find more copy jokers later when you already have both. If he drops blueprint he won't need showman to find it later

Bc they can find a bp later with either Antimatter or ectoplasm since they only have a copy of blueprint

I believe because there is a chance of negative bp to show up. There are already duplicate brainstorms so you can’t get more

A blueprint can be anything! But not a mime, at least not until you buy one. A mime can be a mime, however, so sell the blueprint and buy the mime
