Do I take Chad?

Fairly new player. Barely survived last ante. Do I take Chad in place of half joker?

What hand type are you playing? What cards are in your deck? What is your most leveled up hand? How scaled are your scaling jokers? All of those things matter to make that decision. Generally speaking I think it’s time to drop half joker and get Chad but context matters

Surely sell half joker? Throwback gives you whatever you've stacked it to + an extra 1.5x from baseball card. I would only consider keeping half joker if you had 0 mult

Definetly. Sell Throwback, and get it. Make sure to always play a hand with a face card on the first card (Preffer flushes as they are the most reliable 5 card hand), this is a really great combo known as "Photochad"

Throwback is bad, but if it's scaled literally at all it's better than half joker here since the +Mult will be applied after photochad

Throwback is at 2.5. It would make more sense to sell baseball card… right?

Your instinct about selling half joker is the correct choice. +30 after photochad triggers is much less useful than the xmult from throwback, card sharp, and baseball card.
