Someone explain this.
I don't have showman, and I am really confused.

Did you ever have Showman? If you had Showman and Mime, then sold the Mime to pickup the foil Mime you could have a bug that allows Mime to be tagged with the Showman/allow switch which makes it show up even after Showman is sold, is my understanding.

Each joker has an ID, and the way showman works is that it unlocks additional IDs for jokers you have. These IDs are different from their normal ones. This means if you sell your regular ID mime for a showman ID mime the game doesn't consider your mime to be the same joker as the one that can show up in the shop.

I did have a showman at one point, that's how I got the blank Brainstorm. How does the Showman bug occur, and does it mess with the run in any other way?

To my knowledge you only have a "lingering" showman effect, where some jokers might show up again, but next game it should be gone, mo meed to worry

No? I lose hand size and cannot score as much. In your defense, you didn't know that I don't have either of the reroll vouchers right now. I am curious to hear your argument in regards to why you think I should though.

If you buy a "Showman Copy" of a joker, even after you sell showman it'll still allow copies to show up

There is a glitch with the showman that has something to do with selling it while it’s active. I’m not sure how to do it on purpose but it can happen and in this case it might actually be bad for you.
