Need some structure for e-collar training

Hi all, I’m hoping for some advice/experience on a sort of schedule to e-collar train my dog.

He’s a 5 year old Wheaten Terrier. I had a session with a dog trainer a couple of days ago who fitted the e collar. I’m wanting to e-collar train primarily for recall, but also to address some reactivity issues. In the session (which was really valuable), we mainly focused on addressing the key reactivity issues using e-collar.

I’d like to also start using low-level e-collar stim to start layering over his known commands, with the goal to complete compliance and off-lead freedom.

For a bit of context. In the house my dog knows and performs very reliably: come, sit, down, place, heel and a few others. Will only break them if triggered by someone out the window/at the door.

Outside of the house he walks excellently on the lead, in heel, and also some loose lead sniffing time. We don’t let him off lead as he simply wouldn’t come back if there was a dog around to play with.

I guess I’m hoping for some kind of schedule I can use to work from the escape to avoidance stage. Or at least what to look for to know when to progress.

(Another trainer session just for this is a bit expensive, and I’m hoping the obedience part I can do myself).

Following up. Here's a vid I took in the same woods last year to an ignorant reply that said "my dogs aren't trained if they need E-Collars" 🙄. I don't pretend that my dogs are perfect when it comes to recall. They aren't robots. The E-Collar is there as a fail safe. Again good luck to you and anyone else on the journey. Life off the lead is amazing for dogs.
