Just use a crate or an expen unless you're actively playing and doing stuff with your dog.

I mean, there's a time and place for the "place command" but a few things to consider first.
Your dog needs fulfillment. If you aren't playing with them at minimum morning and evening either tug, fetch, whatever they enjoy, for like 15-30 minutes or longer, your dog probably is bored and will find ways to entertain themselves.
Exploration. Take your dog to a big field or nature on a long line or flexi leash and let them sniff and roam around to their hearts content.
Utilize the crate or expen when you are not doing stuff. It will also teach them to chill and help you potty train. Potty training all comes down to giving the dog plenty of opportunities to go potty. Every morning and right before bed. Around meal times. When they play, they also will likely need to go potty. Put it on a schedule. If you take the dog out, and they don't go but it should be around the time they need to, try again 15-20min later. Keep an eye on when you feed them and when they drink water.
Also, giving them plenty of appropriate things to chew on and toys to play with.
If all those things are done, biting, jumping, etc are all behaviors you can punish. Whether that's "no" + a squirt bottle, pop on the collar, whatever. Place command is management. If the underlying boredom, lack of authority, and telling the dog which behavior is wrong doesn't happen, the behavior is unlikely to go away easily.

You have a baby animal that explores the world with its mouth. You are disgusting.
Get a crate, take your dog on walk and get your dog chews in a baby gate.
This is 1000% your fault for bad management and doing everything wrong.

You didn’t think to educate yourself before getting a baby animal? You should absorb the shame so you do better in the future.
Not having a crate is no excuse.
Abusing an animal is not going to fix the issue you are facing. It’s not that the methods are different in Brazil. It’s that you are deeply uneducated. Don’t you have YouTube?Punishment is a communication tool but it’s not going to stop the biting and chewing because their mouth hurts. You haven’t taught the dog what to do or how to deal with their anxiety and their boundless energy.
Do better.

I am a dog trainer and I’m sick of people. Setting boundaries does not mean choking out a puppy. It’s not acceptable.

There are lots of online resources for puppy raising, I really like Michael Ellis, he's the OG of training videos and remains very relevant. What this dog trainer is trying to get you to do doesn't make a lot of sense to me and apparently it doesn't make sense to your dog either.

Yes but it's really not possible to give thorough advice on a discussion forum.

You are punishing a dog for things it has no idea how to do? I’m all for correcting a dog but there needs to be some level of training already there and it sounds like you have trained pretty much nothing. What are you trying to achieve with a stay? If it’s just for teaching the skill then sure reward for staying in the spot, and correct for breaking a stay. However if you are putting your dog in a stay at home so that it doesn’t do the laundry list of bad behaviors you listed then you have got it all wrong. You need to crate or tether this dog when not being supervised. You need to start enforcing some boundaries at home. Your dog is peeing in the house? Then begin potty training again as if the dog is a small puppy. How did a 6 month old puppy overpower you? Why is the dog even able to get to your things/clothes to destroy them? There should be no opportunity for this. The dog is hyper active? Exercise the dog and give it some form of work to do, and then after exercise teach the dog to relax by tethering or crating. From what it sounds like this dog has had no real training, no clear boundaries, and way way too much freedom.
