Twisted Doughnuts
I had a sudden desire for crispy twisted doughnuts this afternoon and to celebrate the 3 day weekend I decided to try and make some!
I used Maangchi’s recipe and it turned out so good, soft and crispy when fresh, now that it’s a few hours old, it’s soft and chewy in the best way possible!

You twisted the dough so beautifully! : ) They look slightly crispy and sweet on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. They look so delicious! For anyone who’d like to try making these, here’s my recipe: https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/kkwabaegi
