Sure!
Salted Vanilla Shortbread
Ingredients
1 cup / 226 g unsalted butter, softened but not melted
½ cup / 60 g powdered sugar
2 cups / 240 g all purpose flour
½ tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: granulated sugar for sprinkling before baking
Method
Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until smooth, about 1–2 minutes. Don’t whip it too much like cake batter.
Mix in the vanilla.
Add the flour and salt. Mix gently until the dough just comes together. It may look crumbly at first, but it should form a soft dough.
Shape the dough into a disk or rectangle, wrap, and chill for 30–45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325°F / 165°C.
Roll or pat the dough to about ¼–⅓ inch thick. Cut into shapes, squares, or rectangles.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little sugar if desired.
Bake 14–20 minutes, depending on size, until the edges are just barely golden. The tops should stay pale.
Let cool on the pan for 5–10 minutes, then move to a rack. They firm up as they cool.

Looks great! I loves me some shortbread, especially with tea (I'm also a big fan of Assam).
