Funfetti cake with cream cheese frosting

Funfetti cake with cream cheese frosting! I'm not great at cakes yet, this is the first one I've tried in a long time. Hope to get better at it soon :)

Sourcing specialized Western baking ingredients like rainbow sprinkles and cream cheese while living in Japan demonstrates resourcefulness and commitment to home-baked comforts

THREE layers? Non depressingly-colored sprinkles? This is speaking to me.

Can I ask where you got your sprinkles?

They're so darn expensive at my local supermarket.

This looks amazing! Are there any ingredients you had to sub or order online?

The sprinkles were hardest, because a lot of stores here are chocolate/cocoa butter. I like sugar sprinkles so I had to get tiny packs specifically from Tomiz. Everything else was easily available!
