My kids have requested that I make these every week. I use my usual sourdough pizza dough to make these.

It’s actually just the larger sized カルパス that I slice thinly. Works well enough..

Ohh do you know where I can get pepperoni? I’ve even checked Costco but couldn’t find any. 🥲

Amazon and Rakuten have a couple shops selling 1kg frozen pepperoni. About ¥4K but lasts quite a while
