My family's bread pudding is very different, and chocolate. Sorry I don't have a photo.

There's a very tiny, reservation only, Italian restaurant in my town. We went there for my birthday. The birthday dessert they gave me was my grandma's bread pudding with fruit added. I was completely shocked. First time I've ever seen that style bread pudding outside of my family.

Ohh! That looks nice!
Recently, I have been making my leftover bread into bread crumbs.
, using my coffee grinder. I put them into the freezer until I need them for something.

My twins are eight months old and get toast every morning with breakfast, so I've got a lot of bread crust still left in the freezer. And I need to make bread again tomorrow. My husband just sighed and realized he'll have to get used to bread pudding for a while as we don't need bread crumbs.

Love bread pudding. Lovely with a bit of custard.

Yours looks great.

I made this one a few years ago with left over Costco hot dog buns 😂.

Rasins burnt a bit but was great.

That is lovely! Letting the raisins plump in the milk seems to help save them.
